All our funds come from the contributions of individual donors — there is no endowment. The Fund depends entirely on the generosity of people like you to keep Patrick Troya’s legacy alive and support Elsie Allen High School as well as to award annual college scholarships to the senior student athletes at Elsie Allen who best embody the Sprit, Passion, and Community Leadership that Patrick exhibited during his lifetime.
