The first and most important qualification for a Patrick Troya Scholarship is to embody the Sprit, Passion, and Community Leadership that Patrick exhibited during his lifetime. You must be a student athlete at Elsie Allen High School who will be attending College.
Completed applications must be postmarked or emailed to contact@pattroya.org by May 1 and will include a short personal statement, and references from two people able to evaluate the applicant’s community leadership.
