About The Fund

The Patrick Troya Scholarship Fund was established by the friends and family of Patrick Troya, a teacher and coach at Elsie Allen High School who passed away at the age of 42 in September of 2013.  The Fund is administered by a Board composed of 6 of Pat’s closest friends who oversee all aspects of the Fund.

Mission

The Mission of the Patrick Troya Scholarship Fund is to raise money to fund projects in support of Elsie Allen High School as well as to award annual college scholarships to the senior student athletes at Elsie Allen who best embody the Sprit, Passion, and Community Leadership that Patrick exhibited during his lifetime.
